Ingredients**
1 Tablespoons black peppercorns
1 Tablespoons mustard seed
1 Tablespoons coriander seed
1 Tablespoons dill seed
½ Tablespoon allspice berries
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
5-6 dried bay leaves, crumbled
Mix the spices together and place in an airtight container.
