Large Batch 9-Spice Mix AND 10-Spice Blend

Roasted Potatoes with 9-Spice Mix 
Recipe from Oh She Glows Every Day by Angela Liddon
Husband-Tested in Alice’s Kitchen
Makes ¼ cup + 2 Tablespoons Mix

Do yourself a favor and make a batch of 9-Spice Mix.  Use it to sprinkle on vegetables or tofu before roasting. 

1 Tablespoon sweet paprika
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon minced onion
2¼ teaspoons fine sea salt
1½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1½ teaspoons dried oregano
¾ teaspoon ground turmeric
¾ teaspoon dried thyme
¾ teaspoon smoked paprika

Combine all the spices in a small jar with a tight fitting lid. 
Store in the pantry for up to 2 months.

Makes ½ cup

Make a batch of this spice blend to use when roasting veggies or tofu. You can also use it to make this delicious soup!

2 Tablespoons smoked paprika
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon dried oregano
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 Tablespoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1½ teaspoons freshly ground pepper
1½ teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Mix the spices in a small bowl and then store in an airtight container.
