½ cup water
6 Tablespoons Tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
2 heaping Tablespoons nutritional yeast

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon turmeric
¾ teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt
Generous pinch freshly ground black pepper

Whisk or blend all the ingredients together until smooth.  Adjust the salt, pepper, lemon/vinegar to taste.  Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.  It will thicken a bit as it sits.
