Homemade Baked Kale Chips

Recipe from Ellie Krieger of Food Network

Have you ever tried Homemade Baked Kale Chips? They are fantastic! I guarantee that your family will love them!  These make a great tasting and healthful snack!  So, instead of reaching for the potato chip bag, take just a few minutes to make these Homemade Baked Kale Chips.  They'll have everything you want, saltiness and crispiness without all the bad stuff that you'd find in potato chips.  In fact, you'll be getting the goodness of kale (fiber, protein, potassium, calcium and Vitamins A & C)

Wash and spin dry a bunch of fresh curly kale
Remove the big stems and tear the leaves into big pieces.
Put them in a bowl and drizzle with about 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
Massage the leaves so that they are completely coated with the oil.
Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt or Kosher salt (NOT table salt.)
You can also add 1 teaspoon of smoked or plain paprika. (This is optional.) Toss the leaves to make sure that the salt (and paprika, if using) is evenly distributed.
Then place the leaves on 2 baking sheets.
Bake in a preheated oven set at 350 F for 12-15 minutes.
