We gave our daughter-in-law an EasyLunchBox http://www.easylunchboxes.com/ as a stocking stuffer for Christmas. Then, I packed up a lunch for her and our son to take with them on their long plane trip home. Their lunch boxes included a chicken wrap (with goat cheese, cranberry apple relish, arugula on a whole wheat lavash), a clementine orange, chunks of gruyere cheese, a couple of pieces of Capolla ham, hummus and rice crackers, and a chocolate brownie Zbar. I tucked some dollar bills inside too so that they could buy something to drink at the airport terminal.
